ગુજરાત સરકારી યોજનાઓ અને Online Services 2026 — યોગ્ય Portal કેવી રીતે પસંદ કરવો?
ગુજરાતમાં એક જ website પરથી દરેક યોજના માટે અરજી થતી નથી. Scholarship, ખેડૂત સહાય, સામાજિક ન્યાય, જમીન-મહેસૂલ અને સામાન્ય નાગરિક સેવાઓ માટે અલગ સત્તાવાર portals છે. આ pageનો હેતુ 100થી વધુ યોજનાઓના નામોની નકલ કરવો નથી; અહીં તમને તમારા કામ માટે સાચો official route ઓળખવો, eligibility ચકાસવી અને ખોટી/જૂની માહિતીથી બચવું શીખવવામાં આવે છે.
1) સૌપ્રથમ તમારું કામ કઈ categoryમાં આવે છે?
🎓 Scholarship / Education
વિદ્યાર્થીની category, course, family income, institute અને Fresh/Renewal status પ્રમાણે portal અને scheme પસંદ થાય છે.
🌾 Farmer / Agriculture
ખેડૂત સહાય, કૃષિ સાધન, horticulture, animal husbandry અથવા allied benefit માટે iKhedut સંબંધિત services ચકાસો.
🤝 Social Justice / Welfare
SC, Developing Castes, SEBC, minority, disability, hostel/coaching અથવા સંબંધિત welfare service માટે e-Samaj Kalyan મહત્વપૂર્ણ route છે.
🌐 Citizen / Revenue Service
Certificates અને common e-services માટે Digital Gujarat; revenue applications અને digitally signed RoR માટે iORA જેવી official service વાપરો.

3) “મને કઈ યોજના મળે?” — સરળ decision process
- તમારી જરૂરિયાત લખો: Scholarship, tool kit, farmer assistance, loan, hostel, disability service, housing, land record વગેરે.
- તમારી basic eligibility નોંધો: age, residence, category, course/occupation, family income અને અન્ય scheme-specific facts.
- Official portal શોધો: ઉપરની tableમાંથી department/portal match કરો. Schemeનો title માત્ર WhatsApp/YouTube પરથી ન માનો.
- Current notification વાંચો: opening date, closing date, benefit, eligibility અને exact documents ચકાસો.
- Apply route સમજો: કેટલીક scheme direct online હોય છે; કેટલીક office, institution, bank, CSC અથવા department verification દ્વારા ચાલે છે.
- Submit પહેલાં preview કરો: Name, DOB, bank, Aadhaar, category અને uploaded documentsમાં mismatch ન રહે.
- Receipt સાચવો: application number, acknowledgement, PDF/print અને submitted documentsની copy રાખો.
4) Documentsની “એક universal list” કેમ સાચી નથી?
દરેક Gujarat scheme માટે Aadhaar + Income + Caste + Bank + Photoની એક જ fixed list બતાવવી સરળ છે, પરંતુ ઘણી વાર તે ખોટી પડે છે. સાચી રીત એ છે કે documentsને ત્રણ ભાગમાં વિચારો:
- Identity/Profile: portal અથવા scheme જે ID/registration માંગે તે.
- Eligibility Proof: income, category, disability, student status, farmer/land, occupation વગેરે — માત્ર applicable હોય ત્યારે.
- Benefit/Payment Proof: bank, fee receipt, quotation, admission proof, project detail વગેરે — scheme મુજબ.

- OTP, password અથવા Aadhaar authentication code અજાણી વ્યક્તિને આપશો નહીં.
- “Guaranteed approval” અથવા “સરકારી સહાય તરત મળશે” કહી private payment માંગે તો સાવધાન રહો.
- Official domain spelling ચકાસો; sponsored/ad linkને official result માનીને login ન કરો.
- Application fee હોય તો notificationમાં દર્શાવેલી authorised payment method જ વાપરો.
- Bharat Online પર કોઈ date/amount અને official notificationમાં ફરક હોય તો official notificationને અંતિમ માનવો.
