7/12ને સામાન્ય ભાષામાં સાત-બાર ઉતારો અથવા Village Form 7/12 કહેવામાં આવે છે. તે ગ્રામ્ય જમીન સાથે જોડાયેલી ઘણી મહત્વપૂર્ણ revenue અને agricultural details સમજવા માટે ઉપયોગી છે.

ગામ નમૂના નંબર 6ને ઘણીવાર VF-6, Mutation Register અથવા ફેરફાર નોંધ સાથે સંકળાયેલ record તરીકે સમજવામાં આવે છે.

✍️ Digitally Signed RoR શું છે?

માત્ર screen પર record જોવું અને digitally authenticated / signed record મેળવવું એકસરખું નથી. જ્યાં bank, office અથવા અન્ય authority authenticated land record માંગે ત્યાં applicable digitally signed RoR service ઉપયોગી બની શકે છે.

Gujaratની revenue online services iORA ecosystem સાથે જોડાયેલી હોઈ શકે છે. Portal interface સમય પ્રમાણે બદલાઈ શકે છે, તેથી current official options પ્રમાણે process follow કરવી.

Digitally Signed RoR માટે સામાન્ય online flow

Official Digitally Signed RoR service ખોલો AnyRoR / iORAના official government linkથી service open કરો.
Mobile / OTP verification કરો Portal જે authentication માંગે તે પૂર્ણ કરો.
Village Form પસંદ કરો જરૂરી record / Village Form પસંદ કરો.
Land Details select કરો District, Taluka, Village તથા Survey / Khata જેવી details भरो.
Record verify કરો Payment પહેલાં selected record અને applicant details check કરો.
Portal પર બતાવેલી fee ચૂકવો જો applicable fee હોય તો current official payment amount portal પરથી verify કરો.
