🎒 RTE Admission શું છે?
Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009ની Section 12(1)(c) હેઠળ applicable unaided private schoolsએ entry-level Class Iમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 25% seats weaker section અને disadvantaged group children માટે રાખવાની provision છે.
👦 Age Limit 2026-27
Gujarat RTE Amendment Rules 2025 પ્રમાણે child born on 1 June પણ considered થાય છે. Children with Special Needs માટે prescribed relaxation available છે.
👥 Priority Categories
Official RTE FAQમાં allocation priorityમાં નીચે જેવી categories દર્શાવાય છે:
- Orphan child
- Child in need of care and protection
- Children from Child Care Institutions
- Child labour / migrant labour children
- Children with disabilities / special needs
- ART treatment receiving children
- Children of martyrs from armed/paramilitary/police forces
- Single girl child under applicable criterion
- BPL families
- SC / ST children
- SEBC / EWS / Nomadic-Denotified categories
- Children studying in Government Anganwadi
- General / Unreserved category under applicable income criteria
💰 Income Limit
Current RTE Gujarat FAQ મુજબ specified categories 8, 10, 11, 12 અને 13 માટે rural અને urban બંને માટે:
School allocationમાં category priority ઉપરાંત lower family incomeને priority મળી શકે છે.

🏫 School Allocation કેવી રીતે થાય?
Official FAQ પ્રમાણે category priority, income priority અને parent દ્વારા પસંદ કરેલ school preferenceને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને seat allocation થાય છે.
First-choice school full હોય તો next preference consider થઈ શકે છે. આથી માત્ર 1–2 schools પસંદ કરવાને બદલે practical nearby options consider કરવી.
❌ સામાન્ય ભૂલો
- Age rule check કર્યા વગર form ભરવું.
- Incorrect category પસંદ કરવી.
- Income Certificateમાં wrong data આપવું.
- Blur documents upload કરવા.
- Only one highly-demanded school select કરવી.
- Seat allotted થયા પછી admission deadline miss કરવી.

નહીં. New application period 04–17 April 2026 હતો.
Class 1 માટે age કેટલી?
1 June 2026 સુધી 6 years completed હોવા જરૂરી હતા, subject to CwSN relaxation.
Income limit ₹6 lakh છે?
Current FAQ specified categories માટે rural અને urban બંનેમાં ₹6 lakh દર્શાવે છે.
Form print officeમાં submit કરવું પડે?
Current admission instructions પ્રમાણે online submission process follow કરવો; allocation પછી school admission સમયે originals/supporting documents જરૂરી થાય છે.
