Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan Ministry of Health & Family Welfareની initiative છે. તે pregnant womenને assured, comprehensive અને quality Antenatal Care (ANC) free of cost આપવા માટે શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

Designated Government health facilities પર સામાન્ય રીતે દર મહિનાની 9મી તારીખે PMSMA services આપવામાં આવે છે.
Operational framework મુજબ 9મી Sunday/holiday હોય તો local arrangement પ્રમાણે next working day clinic યોજાઈ શકે છે.

- Individual HRP tracking
- ASHA / beneficiary follow-up alerts
- Institutional delivery માટે appropriate referral/tagging
Governmentએ high-risk pregnancy categoriesને વધુ વિસ્તૃત કરીને early identification અને timely management ઉપર ભાર મૂક્યો છે.
