🚨 2026 Important Change: Direct UAN allotment અને UAN activation હવે Unified Member Portal પરથી નહીં, UMANG Appમાં Aadhaar-based Face Authentication દ્વારા કરવામાં આવે છે.

💼 UAN શું છે?

UAN એટલે Universal Account Number. Employee job change કરે ત્યારે અલગ Member IDs/PF accountsને એક UAN હેઠળ manage કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે.

UAN એક વખત activate થયા પછી દરેક job change પર ફરી activate કરવાની જરૂર નથી.

📱 New UAN કેવી રીતે બનાવવું?

Current EPFO process:

Step 1: UMANG App install/open કરો.
Step 2: EPFO Services પસંદ કરો.
Step 3: UAN Services Through Face Auth ખોલો.
Step 4: UAN Allotment and Activation પસંદ કરો.
Step 5: Aadhaar અને Aadhaar-linked mobile દાખલ કરો.
Step 6: OTP Verification કરો.
Step 7: Aadhaar Face RD App દ્વારા Face Authentication કરો.
Step 8: Successful verification પછી UAN generate/activate થાય છે.

Existing UAN activation પણ current systemમાં UMANGના UAN Activation through Face Auth optionથી થાય છે.

👪 e-Nomination

Current Member Portal notice e-Nominationને EPF Scheme, 2026 હેઠળ mandatory તરીકે highlight કરે છે.

Member service period દરમિયાન nomination file/update કરી શકે છે. Family details સાચી રાખવી ખાસ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે.

💰 PF Balance કેવી રીતે Check કરવું?

1. EPFO Passbook Portal

UAN અને passwordથી login કરીને PF contribution/passbook જોઈ શકાય છે.

2. SMS

Registered mobileમાંથી: EPFOHO UAN <LAN> ને 7738299899 પર SMS કરી શકાય છે.

3. Missed Call

Current Passbook page PF balance enquiry માટે 9966044425 પર missed-call option દર્શાવે છે.

📄 Online Claim પહેલાં શું જરૂરી?

  • Activated UAN
  • Mobile linked with UAN/Aadhaar
  • Aadhaar linked/verified
  • Bank Account linked/verified
  • Member Profile details correct
  • Date of Exit updated where applicable

💸 Online Claim Process

Step 1: Unified Member Portal Login કરો.
Step 2: Online Services → Claim option ખોલો.
Step 3: Bank/KYC information verify કરો.
Step 4: Applicable Claim type પસંદ કરો.
Step 5: Purpose / amount information જ્યાં required હોય ત્યાં भरो.
Step 6: Aadhaar OTP/verification process complete કરો.
Step 7: Claim reference save કરો.
Step 8: Claim Status online track કરો.

🔄 Job Change પછી PF Transfer

New employer દ્વારા new Member ID બને ત્યારે previous PF accumulationને UAN-based transfer serviceથી current accountમાં transfer કરી શકાય છે.

🗓 Date of Exit

Member Portal eligible casesમાં Date of Exit update service આપે છે. Exit information PF transfer/withdrawal processing માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ હોઈ શકે છે.

⚠️ EPFO Fraud Alert

  • EPFO OTP કોઈને ન આપો.
  • UPI PIN / ATM PIN share ન કરો.
  • “PF unlock fee” માંગતી calls avoid કરો.
  • EPFO membersને money deposit કરવા phone call નથી કરતું.
  • Unknown screen-sharing app install ન કરો.
